Israel and Palestine see spike in tensions

Al Jazeera is reporting that Israel conducted a minor air raid in Gaza in response to a rocket launch.  This is in addition to the Palestinian killed at a West Bank border checkpoint when he approached guards without heeding their calls that he follow orders to halt.  The story also includes a section on the Shin Bet arrests.
